Robyn Povich, founder of Yoga For Mind and Body, LLC is a CTI Certified Professional Life Coach, an Arbinger Master Coach and a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie.  She is also a 500-hour-Certified Advanced Level Yoga and Meditation Teacher receiving her training from Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.  Robyn is also a Certified Yoga Nidra Teacher. 


Using a mindfulness-based approach, Robyn helps her clients and students become more present and empowered in their lives.  She supports people as they uncover conditioned beliefs and patterns that have held them back and works with them to discover the resources they have within for living a life of peace, clarity, integrity and authenticity.
